Saturday, November 10

Tour 1 (Switzerland)*

 

Leaving at 8 am from Basel SBB, we will take the train taking us up to Mount Rigi. There, we will have Lunch and some time for enjoying the view and a walking tour around. After that, we will go to Lucerne via cable car and boat on Lake Lucerne. In Lucerne, there will be time for walking the city and buying souvenirs, before traveling back around 6 pm to Basel, where we should arrive at 7 pm.

Sunday, November 11

8:45-17:00

Tour 2 (France)*

 

Leaving at 8.45 AM from Muttenz, we will go by bus to Colmar in France. After city tour, which features many houses from the 16th and 17th century, we will head to Ribeauvillé, to have lunch at a local restaurant offering Alsatian cuisine. There we will also visit the wine cellar of the local winegrower's cooperative, before heading back to Muttenz at approximately 4 pm, arriving in Muttenz at about 5 pm.
